<p>Contact Form 7 signature (CF7 signature) plugin helps you to add signature fields.</p>

<p>Add <code>sign</code> tag from wp-admin > contacts > slect form > add tag <code>[sign]</code><br />
Example: <code>[sign your-sign]</code></p>
