Allows a more embedded way of using the Couverts reservation system

<h4>Introduction</h4>
<p>The couverts plugin offers an alternative way of embedding the <a href="https://www.couverts.nl/" rel="nofollow ugc">Couverts</a><br />
reservation system on your website. The templates are based on Bootstrap 4.</p>
<h4>Prerequisits</h4>
<p>To use it, you will have to request an API key from Couverts. Once you obtained a valid key, you need to define these in your wp-config.php as follows:</p>

<p>Alternatively you can also define these variables as enviroment variables in a .env file in your project (if you are using a bit more custom setup as for example roots/bedrock).</p>
<h4>Customization</h4>
<p>You may want to adjust the code that is generated. To do so you simply copy the templates directory from the plugin into your theme.</p>
<p>You can then adjust them at will.</p>
<h4>Usage</h4>
<p>You can embed the reservation in two ways:</p>
<ol>
<li>Use the [couverts] shortcode somewhere in your content</li>
<li>Call the couverts_reservation() function from somewhere in your templates.</li>
