Upload the entire itunes-preview-widget folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
You will find the widget under Appearance > Widgets in the WordPress backend. All settings are editable there for each widget instance.
