Move taxonomy terms to other taxonomy and save hierarchy

<p>JL Convert Taxonomy Terms plugin allows to move taxonomy terms and its children to another taxonomy with saving taxonomy hierarchy. Now you can easily switch taxonomy for all terms.</p>
<p>It may happened, that after taxonomy converting some pages will not display correctly. Then you must refresh permalinks. Go to Settings -> Permalinks and press button ‘Save settings’.</p>
