<p>Display an image’s tool tip/title/alt text below the image. Great when important information or punchlines can be seen on a desktop via a mouseover, but not on a mobile device. Comic blogs may find this plugin very useful.</p>
<h3>Use</h3>
<ol>
<li>Activate the plugin.  Visiting the page from a mobile browser will result in the title attribute from the first “img” in the tags with the class “post” being shown on the screen centered below the image.</li>
<li>This is the initial checkin. Version 1.0 will include the following customizations available from a new setup screen:
<ol>
<li>Customization of the CSS definitions used to find the comic/image</li>
<li>Customization of the img property containing the tip (e.g. title, alt)</li>
<li>Customization of the wording that will appear before the tool tip.</li>
</ol>
