<p><a href="https://netracuni.com" rel="nofollow ugc">NetRačuni</a> je online fiskalna kasa za online biznise.<br />
Ovaj plugin omogućava izdavanje fiskalnih računa sa klikom na dugme iz WooCommerce prodavnice.</p>
<h4>Podešavanje</h4>
<p>Nakon registracije u sistemu NetRačuni, napravite API token prema <a href="https://netracuni.com/register-help/sr#28" rel="nofollow ugc">uputsvu</a>.<br />
Otvorite podešavanja WooCommerce/Settings/NetRačuni i upišite (kopirajte) API key u polje API token.<br />
Izaberite okruženje, da li želite koristiti test server ili live server.<br />
Nakon uspešnog snimanja tokena (klik na dugme Save changes), u sekciji status pojavi se zelena tačkica, što znači da je<br />
vaša prodavnica uspešno povezana sa NetRačuni serverom.</p>
<h4>Poreske stope</h4>
<p>Nakon uspešnog povezivanja sa NetRačuni serverom, pojave se opcije za podešavanje poreskih stopa.</p>
<p>Podešavanje podrazumevane poreske stope<br />
Ova poreska stopa će se koristiti za proizvode, koji nemaju podešenu poresku stopu.<br />
Ako svi vaši proizvodi koriste istu poresku stopu, dovoljno je podesiti samo podrazumevanu poresku stopu.</p>
<p>Poreske stope po proizvodima kada je isključen ugrađeni tax modul<br />
Ako vaši proizvodi imaju različite poreske stope, to možete podesiti u detaljima proizvoda, na tabu NetRačuni. Po specifikaciji<br />
Poreske Uprave Srbije, moguće je dodati više poreskih stopa za jedan proizvod.<br />
Kada je uljučen ugrađeni Tax modul WooCommerce-a, NetRačuni tab se ne pojavljuje u detaljima proizvoda.</p>
<p>Korišćenje ugrađenog WooCommerce tax modula<br />
Kad je uključen ugrađeni WooCommerce “Tax” modul, sve poreske stope treba povezati sa poreskim stopama poreske uprave.<br />
Za svaki tax rate izaberite odgovarajuću poresku stopu poreske uprave. Vodite računa da procenat poreske stope iz WooCommerce<br />
tax modula bude jednako sa poreskim stopom iz poreske uprave, u protivnom kalkulacija poreza će biti različita u prodavnici<br />
i na fiskalnom računu!</p>
<h4>Načini plaćanja</h4>
<p>Podešavanje podrazumevanog načina plaćanja<br />
Ovaj način plaćanja će se koristiti na računu kada je ugrađeni “Payment methods” isključeni, a uključen je automatsko izdavanje<br />
računa u NetRačuni podešavanjima. Kada se koristi manuelno izdavanje računa, ovaj način plaćanja će biti unapred selektovan kod kreiranja računa.</p>
<p>Korišćenje ugrađenog načina plaćanja<br />
Kad je uključen ugrađeni WooCommerce “Payment methods” modul, sve načine plaćanja treba povezati sa načinima plaćanja poreske uprave.<br />
Za svaki payment method izaberite odgovarajući način plaćanja poreske uprave. Kada je uključen automatsko izdavanje računa,<br />
na računu će se koristiti odgovarajući način plaćanja koju je kupac izabrao tokom kupovine. Kada se koristi manuelno izdavanje<br />
računa, odgovarajući način plaćanja će biti unapred selektovan kod kreiranja računa.</p>
<h4>Isporuka</h4>
<p>Ako želite dodati cenu isporuke na fiskalni račun, uključite opciju “Dodati cenu isporuke na fiskalni račun”.<br />
Ako kuirska služba naplaćuje dostavu, i izdaje poseban fiskalni račun, isključite opciju “Dodati cenu isporuke na fiskalni račun”.</p>
<h4>Kreiranje fiskalnih računa manuelno</h4>
<p>Nakon što ste završili korake podešavanja, NetRačuni plugin je spreman za izdavanje fiskalnih računa.<br />
U detaljima narudžbe pojavi se dugme NetRačuni. Klikom na dugme pojavljuje se sekcija za kreiranje fiskalnih računa.<br />
Ovde možete podesiti način plaćanja, i identifikaciju kupca. Identifikacija kupca nije neophodan, i uglavnom se koristi<br />
kada želite izdavati gotovinski račun, tada izaberite PIB i upišite PIB kupca u polje ispod.<br />

Klikom na dugme “Kreiraj račun” podaci narudžbe se šalju u sistem NetRačuni i kreira se fiskalni račun.<br />
Nakon uspešnog kreiranja računa pojavi se link za sačuvanje računa.</p>
<h4>Automatsko izdavanje fiskalnog računa</h4>
<p>Uključivanjem automatskog izdavanja fiskalnog računa, NetRačuni plugin automatsko kreira fiskalni račun, kada narudžba stigne u<br />
status koju ste izabrali. Napomena: fiskalni račun se kreira automatski samo jednom. Ako već postoji fiskalni račun za narudžbu, tada<br />
neće kreirati nov fiskalni račun, iako narudžba stigne u isti status više puta.<br />
Kada koristite automatsko izdavanje računa, vodite računa da status koju podesite odgovara e-mail-u koju izaberete za fiskalni račun.<br />
Na primer želite izdavanje računa na order completed: izaberite kreiranja računa na “Completed”, a e-mail isto “Order completed”.<br />
Bitno je da e-mail koju izaberete mora da se šalje posle kreiranja računa, u suprotnom e-mail se šalje bez računa u prilogu.<br />
Ako zbog nekog razloga želite ručno napraviti račun za neku narudžbu (na primer želite dodati PIB kupca), to možete uraditi<br />
u sekciji NetRačuni. Vodite računa da ovaj korak morate raditi pre nego što narudžba stigne u fazu koju ste izabrali za automatsko<br />
izdavanje računa. Ako ste manuelno napravili račun za narudžbu, neće se kreirati novi fiskalni račun. Manuelno kreiran račun će se slati<br />
kao prilog uz e-mail koju ste izabrali.</p>
<h4>Slanje fiskalnog računa kupcu</h4>
<p>Fiskalni račun se šalje kupcu kao prilog uz e-mail koju izaberete (na primer completed order email).<br />
U slučaju da je ovaj e-mail isključeno u WooCommerce podešavanjima (WooCommerce/Settings/Email), ili ste kreirali fiskalni račun nakon<br />
slanja ovog e-maila, fiskalni račun snimajte iz sekcije NetRačuni i pošaljite kupcu ručno e-mailom ili drugim elektronskim putem (viber, whatsapp, messenger, itd)</p>
<h4>Predračun, refundacija i ostale funkcije</h4>
<p>Ovaj plugin podržava samo izdavanje fiskalnog računa “Promet prodaja”. Ako želite izdavati predračun, ili refundirati račun<br />
to možete uraditi na korisničkom insterfejsu NetRačuni-a.</p>

This plugin allows you to issue fiscal invoices with a single click directly from your WooCommerce store.</p>
<h4>Settings</h4>
<p>After registering with the NetRačuni system, create an API token following the <a href="https://netracuni.com/register-help/sr#28" rel="nofollow ugc">instructions</a>.<br />
Open the WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > Settings > NetRačuni) and paste the API key into the “API token” field.<br />
Choose the environment you want to use: either the test server or the live server.<br />
After successfully saving the token (click on the “Save changes” button), a green dot will appear in the status section, indicating that your store has been successfully connected to the NetRačuni server.</p>
<h4>Tax Rates</h4>
<p>After successfully connecting to the NetRačuni server, options for setting tax rates will appear.</p>
<p>Setting the default tax rate<br />
This tax rate will be used for products that do not have a specific tax rate set.<br />
If all your products use the same tax rate, it is enough to set only the default tax rate.</p>
<p>Product-specific tax rates when the built-in tax module is disabled<br />
If your products have different tax rates, you can configure this in the product details, under the NetRačuni tab. According to the<br />
specifications of the Serbian Tax Administration, it is possible to add multiple tax rates for a single product.<br />
When the built-in WooCommerce tax module is enabled, the NetRačuni tab will not appear in the product details.</p>
<p>Using the built-in WooCommerce tax module<br />
When the built-in WooCommerce “Tax” module is enabled, all tax rates must be mapped to the tax rates of the tax administration.<br />
For each WooCommerce tax rate, select the corresponding tax rate from the tax administration.<br />
Make sure that the percentage of the WooCommerce tax rate matches the tax administration’s rate,<br />
otherwise the tax calculation will differ between the store and the fiscal receipt!</p>
<h4>Payment Methods</h4>
<p>Setting the default payment method<br />
This payment method will be used on the invoice when the built-in “Payment methods” are disabled and<br />
automatic invoice generation is enabled in NetRačuni settings. When using manual invoice creation,<br />
this payment method will be preselected when generating an invoice.</p>
<p>Using the built-in payment method<br />
When the built-in WooCommerce “Payment methods” module is enabled, all payment methods must be mapped<br />
to the payment methods of the tax administration.<br />
For each WooCommerce payment method, select the corresponding payment method from the tax administration.<br />
When automatic invoice generation is enabled, the selected payment method by the customer during checkout will<br />
be used on the invoice. When using manual invoice creation, the corresponding payment method will be preselected<br />
during invoice generation.</p>
<h4>Shipping</h4>
<p>If you want to add the delivery charge to the fiscal receipt, enable the option “Dodati cenu isporuke na fiskalni račun”.<br />
If the courier service charges for delivery and issues a separate fiscal receipt, disable the option “Dodati cenu isporuke na fiskalni račun”.</p>
<h4>Manually Creating Fiscal Invoices</h4>
<p>After completing the setup steps, the NetRačuni plugin is ready for issuing fiscal invoices.<br />
In the order details, the NetRačuni button will appear. Clicking the button opens a section for creating fiscal invoices.<br />
Here you can set the payment method and customer identification. Customer identification is not required, and<br />
is mostly used when you want to issue a cash invoice — in that case, select PIB and enter the customer’s PIB (tax ID)<br />
in the field below.<br />

By clicking the “Create Invoice” button, the order data is sent to the NetRačuni system and a fiscal invoice is created.<br />
After successfully creating the invoice, a link to download the invoice will appear.</p>
<h4>Automatic Fiscal Invoice Generation</h4>
<p>By enabling automatic fiscal invoice generation, the NetRačuni plugin will automatically create a fiscal invoice<br />
when the order reaches the selected status.<br />
Note: The fiscal invoice is created automatically only once. If a fiscal invoice already exists for an order,<br />
a new one will not be created — even if the order reaches the same status again.</p>
<p>When using automatic invoice creation, make sure the selected status corresponds to the email you selected<br />
for sending the fiscal invoice.<br />
For example, if you want to issue invoices when the order is marked as “Completed”:<br />
select invoice creation on “Completed”, and also choose the email “Order completed”.<br />
It is important that the selected email is sent after the invoice is created —<br />
otherwise, the email will be sent without the invoice attached.</p>
<p>If, for any reason, you want to manually create an invoice for an order (e.g., you want to add the customer’s PIB),<br />
you can do this in the NetRačuni section.<br />
Be aware that this must be done before the order reaches the status selected for automatic invoice creation.<br />
If you manually create an invoice, a new fiscal invoice will not be generated automatically.<br />
The manually created invoice will be sent as an attachment with the selected email.</p>
<h4>Sending the Fiscal Invoice to the Customer</h4>
<p>The fiscal invoice is sent to the customer as an attachment to the email you select<br />
(for example, the completed order email).</p>
<p>If this email is disabled in WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce <span aria-hidden="true" class="wp-exclude-emoji">→</span> Settings <span aria-hidden="true" class="wp-exclude-emoji">→</span> Emails),<br />
or if the fiscal invoice is created after this email has already been sent,<br />
you should download the invoice from the NetRačuni section and send it to the customer manually via<br />
email or another electronic method (Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc).</p>
<h4>Proforma Invoice, Refunds, and Other Features</h4>
<p>This plugin only supports issuing fiscal invoices for “Sales Transactions.” If you wish to issue a proforma invoice or process a refund, you can do so through the NetRačuni user interface.</p>
