It does this by running javascript that is loaded onto the website form the OtterText.com website. This will allow the Otter Text Chat Widget to be loaded onto every page of your website.
Once the chat widget is displayed the chat data will be sent from your website directly to the OtterText.com platform, allowing you to communicate with your website visitors.
