From your WordPress dashboard

Visit ‘Plugins > Add New’
Search for ‘Block by Country’
Activate the plugin from your Plugins page.
Select the countries you want to block.

Download ‘Block by Country’.
Upload the ‘Block by Country’ directory to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…)
Activate ‘Block by Country’ from your Plugins page.
Select the countries you want to block.
