This plugin is used to display thumbnail images (pdf supported) in a widget. 
The main difference from other media widgets, is the use of taxonomy shipped with the <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-media-library" rel="ugc">Enhanced Media Library</a> plugin
