<p><strong>Yes or No</strong> — a simple question format with binary choice. You can add labels and choose icon styles.</p>
<p><strong>Single Choice</strong> — the respondent selects one of the proposed options. Settings allow random order of options and adding “your own answer”.</p>
<p><strong>Multiple Choice</strong> — allows selecting several answers at once. You can also enable random order and “your own option”.</p>

<p><strong>Text Input</strong> — open question for text. You can set a character limit and expand the field for long answers.</p>
