<h3>Usage</h3>
<p>Activate the plugin and you’ll get an extra option (“Lifetime”) in billing interval of subscription.</p>
<p>Optional:<br />
Change text “$x.xx/Lifetime”  to “$x.xx/Your custom text”. Goto Woocommerce -> Settings -> Subscriptions.<br />
Then goto section “Lifetime Option Text”.</p>

This plugin fits a real need for many users. It's lightweight AND effective.

Unfortunately there seems to be a couple of issues cropping up for users, and support request don't appear to be being answered. Hopefully the dev is just taking some time away but will return soon to help users solve their issues.
