<p>This plugin adds an “Email Test” option within your WooCommerce menu. From there, you can specify a test order, and view test emails for the following email types:</p>

WooCommerce Email Test

There's a few complaints about it not sending an email unless you pay for an upgrade, but to be honest opening it up in another tab is more useful as you don't need to worry about your SMTP being set up on dev / testing versions.
