WP Google Calendar

Using the latest version of WordPress. Link to the "set-up" settings is broken. Using the setup in the left bar, everytime I try to enter settings, it goes to a 404 page. 
I would give it one star but since the app has not been tested with 4.5.2 as of this writing, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt by giving two stars.
