When someone posts a comment on your blog his/her details will be captured in the BatchBook CRM system. This is done by using the BatchBook API's (<a href="http://developer.batchblue.com">http://developer.batchblue.com</a>). Currently the users name, email, website, date of comment and link/url of comment is passed to the BatchBook system.
