Plugin allows to use post’s ACF values in permalink structure by adding <code>%field_fieldname%</code> rewrite tag.
Examples:
<ul>

You can also set different permalink structure depending on custom post type using <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-permalinks/" rel="ugc">Custom Post Type Permalinks</a> plugin. You can create own post types by using <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/" rel="ugc">Custom Post Type UI</a> plugin.
The plugin works for:

Permalink option of WordPress <code>%category%</code> has one great limitation – 
when this option is selected, WordPress uses category with lowest ID for 
permalink generation. This plugin is intented to bypass WordPress permalinks 
limitation and allows you to select category for permalink generation.
