Version 3.8 brought a lot of visual changes, one being the ability to choose from eight color schemes for the Dashboard. However, on the front end, the toolbar is always shown with its default color, not matching your color choice. This plugin simply allows you to use your favorite color scheme on the front end admin bar.
Works smoothly with the <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/admin-color-schemes/" rel="ugc">Admin Color Schemes</a> plugin.
Notice: Since admin color schemes were meant to exist inside the Dashboard, some issues may appear on the front end. Depending on the theme you are using, <code>html</code> and <code>a</code> tags may absorb admin bar styles. However, keep in mind that this will only affect logged in users.

This plugin lets you change the entire color scheme of the current theme via the 
theme customizer.
4 steps to your customized color scheme
<ol>
<li>The plugin extracts all the color settings from the css of your current 
theme. You trigger this process from the plugin settings page. All css files in 
your theme folder will be scanned.</li>
<li>After scanning the css, a template file gets created which will overwrite all 
the color settings of the current theme with your custom colors.</li>
<li>You create a custom color scheme by following the instructions on the plugin 
settings page.</li>
<li>You go to the theme customizer and choose your custom color scheme in the 
‘Color schemes’ section.</li>
