I tried: Elegance Modal Box, WP Modal, Popup Maker and many many more. ALL of them have issues showing a simple image in full screen. 



This is the ONLY plugin which has no bloat, and is able to easily show images as full screen. 



Also a HUGE plus for not taking over the Admin Menu, it sits perfectly in setting > popup. Instead of ALL the other plugins pushing their plugin into the main menu options.

Thanks for creating this plugin. It works really well and makes it really easy to display some good looking popups on your site. It's been super useful for creating some popups on a client's WooCommerce website.

Great plugin that works well

This plugin is a little different from others in that it can use a shortcode to insert the popup trigger. Others, such as Popup Maker and Popup Builder, use a CSS selector on any element in your page. This is convenient but it means that every popup loads on every page in case it needs to be triggered from there.

My application is for loading a map when a button is clicked, and there might be hundreds of different map popups on various pages of the site. Loading all those 'just in case' would be very wasteful, so PAOC wins hands down on inserting only the code that is actually needed.
