<p><strong>What data is transmitted:</strong><br />
* User chat messages and conversation history<br />
* Agent configuration (instructions, model selection, tools)<br />
* Knowledge base files uploaded for vector search<br />
* Session identifiers (for logged-in users: WordPress session tokens; for guests: UUID cookies)<br />
* WordPress site URL and plugin version</p>
<p><strong>Important Notes:</strong><br />
* An API key from AI Zone Labs is required for the plugin to function<br />
* Without a valid API key, the plugin will display a configuration warning<br />
* User data is processed through AWS Lambda functions via API Gateway<br />
* The service uses OpenAI models for AI processing</p>

<li>Guest users: Session tracking via UUID-based cookies (30-day expiration)</li>
<li>Logged-in users: Session tracking via WordPress session tokens</li>
<li>All conversations stored in local WordPress database</li>
<li>Chat data transmitted to external AI processing service</li>
<li>No data sold to third parties</li>
<li>Users should review the privacy policy before using the chat</li>
