AR Model Viewer for WooCommerce uses the Freemius SDK to collect telemetry data, but only with the user’s explicit consent. This data collection helps us troubleshoot issues and improve our product.

<li>Configure Settings: After activation, navigate to the Settings -> AR Model Viewer for WooCommerce screen to configure the basic settings for the plugin.</li>

<h4>Known Issues</h4>

Possible problems when using cache optimisers, minifiers and CDNs (e.g. WP-Optimize, WP-Rocket, FlyingCDN, LiteSpeed Cache):
<ul>
<li>Some plugins modify JavaScript files and bundle them to improve page load times. However, this can invalidate file paths from our plugin. If problems occur, it is recommended to exclude our PausAR plugin from the modification if possible.

<li>
Problems when using the plugin WP-Optimize and the following features:
<ul>
<li>JavaScript minification: JavaScript code will be compressed to shorten loading times. This makes PausAR’s code unusable. If you want to use WP-Optimize with PausAR, you must add the file path of the PausAR plugin listed above as an exception in the WP-Optimize settings.</li>
<li>JavaScript processing (since v.3.7): This feature causes ES6 modules to no longer load correctly, which makes many modern plugins unusable, including PausAR. It is recommended to disable this feature, otherwise the 3D preview and AR mode will not work</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
If the plugin LiteSpeed Cache is used with the activated “UCSS” function, visual problems may occur. The CSS classes of the plugin can then only be partially loaded.
</li>
<li>
3D models cannot be loaded in AR mode if the paths are not specified with the global path. This only affects models whose files were not inserted directly via the WordPress media library.
</li>
<li>
Conflicts may arise when using Google’s Model-Viewer on the same website page. If PausAR is used, further imports of the Model-Viewer should be avoided and are not needed even for custom coding.
