autofill-CF7-BB let you autofill contact form 7 fields (input text, radio, select, checkboxes, textarea) with url GET variables. It add a shortcode to write in the “contact form 7 template editor” for each field. 
For drop down menu fields and radio/checkboxes you can specify wether you would select it by Id (from 0) or by value. You can also populate each field with new values from URL Get var, or replace firstly defined values.
Requirements 
PHP 5+ (use <a href='http://sourceforge.net/projects/simplehtmldom/' rel="nofollow ugc">Simple HTML Dom</a> from <a href='https://sourceforge.net/projects/php-html/' rel="nofollow ugc">Jose Solorzano</a>)
No javascript (excpet for option page…)

= USES = 
First of all, go into the template ?ditor of contact form 7, and choose the template which you want to “autofill”.
shortcode : [AFCF_BB getvar=”myVar”][CF7 field][/AFCF_BB]
<ul>
<li>getvar : the URL GET variable name used to fill the CF7 field 
eg : [AFCF_BB getvar=”myId”][select whatevername “Roger” “Jessica” “Steve” “Suzie”][/AFCF_BB]</li>
</ul>
and url as : http://mysite.com/?page_id=1&myId=2
will select id 2 for the select field so “Steve” (numbering start by 0 (not 1)).
Other method : 
* meth=”value” : will selet by value 
* meth=”add” : will add at the bottom new input 
* meth=”rep” : will replace current values
For “add” and “rep” you could preselect values by adding “*” before values, eg :
http://mysite.com/?page_id=1&addval=Steeve$Rebecca$julie

GET params is a plugin providing your pages and posts with shortcodes allowing you to display GET parameters from 
the current URL in pages and posts, or show/hide content depending on GET param values.
As an example, I use this plugin so that I can show personalized installation instructions to users of another piece of 
software I wrote, simply by directing them to a URL on my WordPress site, along with GET variables chosen to 
ensure that custom fields and sections display exactly as required for them to install my software.

<h4>Displaying GET parameters directly</h4>

Shows the value of GET named paramname (‘showme’ in the example URL), or “blank value” if none given.

<h4>Inverting the criteria</h4>
The plugin also contains an opposite to display-if-get, called display-if-not-get.
display-if-not-get content will display only in all cases where display-if-get with the same parameters would NOT show.
This means that display-if-not-get content will also show if the named parameter does not exist at all in the URL query string.
<h4>If/else blocks</h4>
This is essentially possible by using a combination of display-if-get and display-if-not-get with the same parameters.
