BH Custom CSS3 Preloader – Just play and play

I purchased this plugin, then loaded it in a DIVI site. The free plugin worked but the paid did not. I sent a support request but never heard back. 

No support and didn't work with DIVI

It will be enable Preloader on your web site. It includes 8 CSS3 preloader styles, image preloaders etc
