Bulk Me Now! is a plugin that allows you to put a simple contact form in your website or blog inside a widget area, or by the shortcode available.
You will be able to customize which fields you want, and which fields you do not want.

<li>E-mails to note new messages: Can’t get rid of ye olde postman? No worries, we let you know.</li>
