<p>Replace playing card abbreviations with a CSS playing card.</p>
<h3>Notes</h3>
<ul>
<li>Make sure to only use one card abbreviation in between each set of tags. If you want to display multiple cards, you will need to use multiple tags. This was done to allow unsuited cards and unranked cards to be used.</li>
<li>Uppercase and lowercase letters are both allowed for card abbreviations.</li>
<li>10 is converted to T.</li>
<li>1 is converted to A.</li>
<li>Both ? and X are allowed for card ranks. ? means you have no idea what a card was. X is meant for any “rag,” such as when people use the term AX suited they mean they had an Ace and a rag both of the same suit.</li>
<li>Unsuited cards are allowed.</li>
<li>Unranked suits are allowed. X will be used as the card rank.</li>
<li>I tested using <code><CARD></code> as the tag and WP automatically converted it to lowercase.</li>
<li>Using anything other than letters, numbers, or ? inside the tags will cause the plugin to skip over it.</li>

<p>Use the shortcodes pcards or pcn to display playing card notations generated from simple text codes, e.g. AhKd (for Ace of hearts and King of diamonds).</p>
<p>You can configure display options like font, colour scheme and standard or reverse from the Appearance > Playing Card Notations Settings page.</p>
<h3>Usage</h3>
<p>You can use the shortcodes pcards or pcn to display cards and card hands in your blog’s content. The standard card notations of (A-J, 10 or T, 9-2) followed by suite letter (s for spades, c for clubs, h for hearts and d for diamonds) work.</p>
<h3>Uninstall</h3>
<p>In the Plugins screen of your WordPress admin area, navigate to Playing Card Notations, click on Deactivate. On the refreshed screen, click on Delete.<br />
Note: You will lose all your questions if you uninstall the plugin. Take a backup of your data before you uninstall.</p>
