<h3>Using Google Sheets for Bulk Upload</h3>
Instead of downloading a CSV file, you can use the provided Google Sheets template for bulk uploading certificates. Follow these steps:
<h4>1. Make a Copy of the Google Sheets Template</h4>
<ul>
<li>Go to the <a href="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dOEz3FLGsEuzFrAKBX00eG0HtYeKN-CZA1womx05iKA/edit?usp=sharing" rel="nofollow ugc">Google Sheets Template</a>.</li>
<li>Click on File > Make a copy to create your own editable version.</li>
</ul>
<h4>2. Do Not Modify Headers in the Second Row</h4>
<ul>
<li>First Row: Contains the Security Code and must remain unchanged. </li>
<li>Second Row: Contains headers: Full Name, Course, Hours, Date. Do not alter these headers or their order. </li>
</ul>
<h4>3. Enter Data Starting from the Third Row</h4>
<ul>
<li>Column A: Leave empty. </li>
<li>Column B: Enter the full name (Full Name). </li>
<li>Column C: Enter the course name (Course). </li>
<li>Column D: Enter the number of hours (integer greater than 0) (Hours). </li>
<li>Column E: Enter the date in DD/MM/YYYY format, e.g., 15/11/2024. </li>
</ul>
<h4>4. Ensure Date Format is Correct</h4>
<ul>
<li>Dates must be in DD/MM/YYYY format.
<ul>
<li>Correct Example: 01/01/2025 </li>
<li>Incorrect Example: 2025-01-01 </li>
</ul>

</ul>
<h4>5. Add All Required Data</h4>
<ul>
<li>Add as many rows as needed following the same structure. </li>
</ul>
<h4>6. Save the File as CSV from Google Sheets</h4>
<ul>
<li>After entering all data, download the file:
<ul>
<li>Click on File > Download > Comma-separated values (.csv, current sheet). </li>
<li>Google Sheets will automatically save the file in CSV format with UTF-8 encoding. </li>

<h4>7. Upload the CSV File to the Plugin</h4>
<ul>
<li>Go back to the Bulk Upload page in the plugin. </li>
<li>Choose the CSV file you just downloaded from Google Sheets. </li>
<li>Click the Upload CSV button to add the certificates. </li>
</ul>
<h3>Handling Errors</h3>
<ul>
<li>Do Not Modify Headers: Ensure the headers in the second row are unchanged. </li>
<li>Date Format: Ensure all dates are in DD/MM/YYYY format. </li>
<li>Required Fields: Do not leave required fields empty.</li>
</ul>

All endpoints require the <code>X-API-Key</code> header.
