<h3>External Services</h3>
<p>This plugin connects to the <strong>Certorix API</strong> (api.certorix.online) to:</p>
<ol>
<li>Load the widget script: <code>https://api.certorix.online/widget/v1/widget.portal.js</code></li>
<li>Serve AI-powered diagnostic sessions, verified facts, and helpdesk ticket creation.</li>
</ol>
<p>The connection is made <strong>client-side</strong> (in the visitor’s browser), only when the widget is active on the page. The plugin itself makes no server-side HTTP requests.</p>
<p><strong>What is sent:</strong> the Organization ID you configured, the visitor’s question or answers during a diagnostic, and (if the visitor submits a ticket) their name and email address.</p>
<p><strong>When it is sent:</strong> only when a visitor interacts with the widget. No data is sent on page load or when the widget is not active.</p>

<h4>This project is no longer under development:</h4>
<p>Due to the osTicket versions always changing basic database aspects we felt it was simply not stable enough to be used in production.<br />
It simply takes too much time and effort to keep up with all the recodes on each version and too many bugs pop up as a result of it.<br />
We have therefor moved on to a different ticketing system and developed different portal plugin for it. (we have not yet made this portal public but might do so in the future).<br />

Because the original plugin was no longer developed we decided to make a new plugin out of it.<br />
