but if we are using the official SendinBlue plugin, they seem to conflict and the officil plugin stops working.

Brevo – Email, SMS, Web Push, Chat, and more.


The plugin is fine if you have one form and don't need any customization. The plugin lacks many options and customization (e.g., there is only Google reCAPTCHA). And you do need bot protection! Without a captcha, you will receive a lot of spam. It also considerably slows down the website. Hopefully, the entire product gets an upgrade.

It's a good system for sending newsletters. The free version allows the graphic creation of newsletter content in an easy and impressive way. Great statistics on openings of emails sent and how many people clicked on the links you put in the emails. I would have put 5 stars but I asked them a question and they didn't answer: newsletters (in the free version) are sent with the sender corresponding to the mail I set in the panel. If many people who receive it put the newsletter in the spam folder, do I run the risk of having my mailbox blacklisted? Why isn't the sender a dummy email so as to prevent this risk (as I have seen other providers do)?
