Chablyy AI connects your WordPress site to your existing Chablyy backend, embedding the same modern chat widget that you use elsewhere.

<h3>Service & Terms</h3>
This plugin is a client for the hosted Chablyy service and does not run the chatbot on your own infrastructure. 
A Chablyy account and embed key are required to use the plugin. 
By connecting your site to Chablyy you agree to the Chablyy <a href="https://chablyy.com/en/terms-of-service" rel="nofollow ugc">Terms of Service</a>.
<h3>Privacy & Data Usage</h3>
When the widget is active, visitor chat messages and related metadata are sent from your site directly to the Chablyy backend at the configured <code>CHABLYY_WIDGET_API_BASE_URL</code> (https://api.chablyy.com by default) in order to provide the chatbot service. 
The plugin itself does not add additional tracking or analytics beyond what is required to load the widget and communicate with the Chablyy service. 
For details on how Chablyy collects, uses, and retains data, see the <a href="https://chablyy.com/en/privacy-policy" rel="nofollow ugc">Chablyy Privacy Policy</a>. 
You are responsible for informing your site visitors and updating your own privacy policy and cookie notices as required by your local laws.
<h3>Usage</h3>
<h3>Auto-inject on all pages</h3>
If Enable on all pages is checked, the chatbot will load automatically on all non-admin, non-404 pages (subject to the logged-in toggle).
<h3>Shortcode</h3>
Use the <code>[chablyy_widget]</code> shortcode in any post, page, or template to ensure the widget assets are loaded for that request.
This works even if Enable on all pages is disabled, which lets you control exactly where the widget appears.

Note: the widget attaches itself to <code>document.body</code>, so the shortcode does not render visible markup by itself.

<li>If you run multilingual pages, also set <code>Default Scenario ID (JA)</code> and <code>Default Scenario ID (EN)</code>.</li>
<li>Use <code>Exclude Page/Post IDs</code> with comma-separated numeric IDs (example: <code>12,45,102</code>).</li>
<li>Use <code>Category Rules</code> with one rule per line in this format: 
category-slug|defaultScenarioId|jaScenarioId|enScenarioId</li>
<li>Example category rules:

<li>For per-page overrides, open a post or page editor and configure the <code>Convly Chat Widget</code> meta box.</li>

Language behavior: 
– The widget uses the current WordPress locale. 
– If locale starts with <code>ja</code>, <code>scenario_id_ja</code> is preferred. 
– For other locales, <code>scenario_id_en</code> is preferred. 
– If a language-specific ID is empty, the plugin falls back to <code>scenario_id</code>.
Scenario ID format: 
– Use public random IDs (12 chars). 
– Recommended format is lowercase letters and digits. 
– Example IDs: <code>k98e449d1991</code>, <code>x54b0d5c7341</code>.
Style defaults: 
– Leave <code>Button Size</code>, <code>Icon Size</code>, <code>Icon Offset</code>, <code>Z Index</code>, and <code>Font Family</code> empty to use <code>embed.js</code> defaults. 
– If needed, set values such as <code>60px</code>, <code>26px</code>, <code>12px</code>, <code>9999</code>, or <code>Inter, sans-serif</code>.
