<h3>External services</h3>
This plugin connects to the ChatBuster API (https://api.chatbuster.com by default) to provide its chat, catalog, and knowledge-base features. The plugin will not function without an active license key issued by ChatBuster.
The plugin sends the following data to the ChatBuster API:

<li>Chat endpoint (<code>POST /chat</code>): the visitor’s chat message, an anonymized session id, and the current page URL. Used to generate the AI response.</li>
<li>Session endpoint (<code>POST /session</code>): an anonymized session id, used to mint a short-lived chat token.</li>
<li>Catalog sync (<code>POST /woo/sync</code>): product names, descriptions, prices, SKUs, categories, and tags from your WooCommerce store. Used so the assistant can answer questions about your catalog.</li>
<li>Indexed pages (<code>GET/POST/DELETE /pages</code>, <code>POST /pages/retry</code>): URLs you choose to index plus their fetched page content. Used to build the knowledge base.</li>
<li>Knowledge (<code>GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /knowledge</code>): knowledge entries you create in the admin.</li>
<li>Corrections (<code>GET/POST/PUT/DELETE /corrections</code>): corrections you submit in the admin.</li>
<li>Order tracking (<code>POST/DELETE /woo/order-tracking</code>): a store identifier and webhook configuration. When enabled, individual order lookups send the order number and email entered by the customer.</li>
<li>Conversations (<code>GET /conversations</code>, <code>GET /conversations/{id}</code>): read-only retrieval of past conversation transcripts for the admin dashboard.</li>

All requests are authenticated with a Bearer license key. The plugin never sends customer passwords or payment information.
