Fragmentions were proposed by Kevin Marks in a 2014 <a href="http://www.kevinmarks.com/fragmentions.html" rel="nofollow ugc">blog post</a> as a better alternative to hyperlinking using fragments. Fragmentions use <code>##</code> to match words or phrases in a document.
