Conditional Payment Gateways for WooCommerce plugin lets you hide payment gateways in WooCommerce based on various conditions, for example, minimum or maximum cart amount, current date and time, current customer IP or user ID.

Thank you from bringing (some) sanity back in Woocommerce (which now is almost 30MB in size). 

I can now setup my PayPal gateway in 5 seconds. I don't care if they get redirected to PayPal, in fact I prefer it, it makes my customer feel safer knowing that the actual transaction is happening at the PayPal site...
