This simple plugin converts addresses in “<code><address></address></code>” tags into links that open a Google Map in a new window. It also converts any address in a “.address” class into a Google Map link that opens in a new window.
NOTE: You need to put the address inside the <code><address></address></code> html tag or within an html element with the <code>.address</code> class for this plugin to work. For example, you would need to write the following into your code: <code><address>3 Abbey Rd, London NW8 9AY, United Kingdom</address></code> OR <code>3 Abbey Rd, London NW8 9AY, United Kingdom</code> OR <code><div class=“address”>3 Abbey Rd, London NW8 9AY, United Kingdom</div></code>
IFRAME LINKS: 
If you want to display the Google Map in an iframe, just use the <code>.address-iframe</code> class in your markup. FYI: This plugin is great for themes with custom fields that supply the address, but is probably not too useful for themes that don’t, because you’ll need to enter the text view to add the appropriate html markup. Thanks!

It converts the Macedonian cyrillic characters of the title posts into latin to build better, readable and Search Engine Friendly urls.
For example:
Lets say you want your wordpress to be in Macedonian. So you intall wordpress, install the Macedonian language files, translate the template menus and stuff to Macedonian, but after your first post with title: “Здраво Свет!” you noticed that the url of that post has become something like:
http://www.mkwordpress.com/%C7%E4%F0%E0%E2%EE%20%D1%E2%E5%F2
instead of the good for eyes url:
http://www.mkwordpress.com/zdravo-svet/
This happens because cyrillic characters are not supported in urls and so the code translates them into browser readable language. Now this has two main disadvantages:

<li>It’s not good for visitors, because it doesn’t look human, and some may even think they have been hacked (yup, there still are paranoic people out there 🙂 )</li>
<li>It is bad for search engines. Let say someone writes the phrase “zdravo svet” on google and if you have your urls set up with this plugin then you will rank higher.</li>
