<h3>Usage</h3>
<ol>
<li>Set <code>Default Scenario ID</code> first (this is the main ID used on normal pages).</li>
<li>If you run multilingual pages, also set <code>Default Scenario ID (JA)</code> and <code>Default Scenario ID (EN)</code>.</li>
<li>Use <code>Exclude Page/Post IDs</code> with comma-separated numeric IDs (example: <code>12,45,102</code>).</li>
<li>Use <code>Category Rules</code> with one rule per line in this format: 
category-slug|defaultScenarioId|jaScenarioId|enScenarioId</li>
<li>Example category rules: 
news|k98e449d1991|k98e449d1991|x54b0d5c7341 
support|k98e449d1991||x54b0d5c7341</li>
<li>For per-page overrides, open a post or page editor and configure the <code>Convly Chat Widget</code> meta box.</li>
</ol>
Language behavior: 
– The widget uses the current WordPress locale. 
– If locale starts with <code>ja</code>, <code>scenario_id_ja</code> is preferred. 
– For other locales, <code>scenario_id_en</code> is preferred. 
– If a language-specific ID is empty, the plugin falls back to <code>scenario_id</code>.
Scenario ID format: 
– Use public random IDs (12 chars). 
– Recommended format is lowercase letters and digits. 
– Example IDs: <code>k98e449d1991</code>, <code>x54b0d5c7341</code>.
Style defaults: 
– Leave <code>Button Size</code>, <code>Icon Size</code>, <code>Icon Offset</code>, <code>Z Index</code>, and <code>Font Family</code> empty to use <code>embed.js</code> defaults. 
– If needed, set values such as <code>60px</code>, <code>26px</code>, <code>12px</code>, <code>9999</code>, or <code>Inter, sans-serif</code>.

The plugin is fully translatable. French translation is included; other languages are welcome via <a href="https://translate.wordpress.org/" rel="nofollow ugc">translate.wordpress.org</a>.
<h3>External services</h3>
This plugin connects to the CauserieBot service to provide chatbot functionality. The connection to this external service is required for the plugin to work.
1. CauserieBot API — fetching the chatbot list
When you click “Load my chatbots” in the settings page, the plugin sends an authenticated request to <code>https://dashboard.causeriebot.com/api/public/chatbots</code> with your API key in the <code>Authorization</code> header to retrieve the list of chatbots associated with your CauserieBot account.

<li>Data sent: your CauserieBot API key.</li>
<li>When: only on demand, when you click “Load my chatbots” from the settings page. No data is sent automatically.</li>
</ul>
2. CauserieBot widget — front-end chatbot
When the chatbot is enabled, the plugin loads a JavaScript file from <code>https://dashboard.causeriebot.com/widget.js</code> on the public side of your site. This widget displays the chatbot interface and communicates with CauserieBot servers to process visitor messages.
<ul>
<li>Data sent: the selected chatbot ID (server-side), then on the visitor side, the messages typed into the chatbot as well as standard browsing metadata (user agent, IP address, referrer) collected by CauserieBot to provide the service.</li>
<li>When: on every public page of the site when the chatbot is enabled.</li>
</ul>
