<p>Convly Chat Widget helps you add Convly chatbots to WordPress without editing theme files.</p>

<h3>Usage</h3>
<ol>
<li>Set <code>Default Scenario ID</code> first (this is the main ID used on normal pages).</li>
<li>If you run multilingual pages, also set <code>Default Scenario ID (JA)</code> and <code>Default Scenario ID (EN)</code>.</li>
<li>Use <code>Exclude Page/Post IDs</code> with comma-separated numeric IDs (example: <code>12,45,102</code>).</li>
<li>Use <code>Category Rules</code> with one rule per line in this format:<br />
category-slug|defaultScenarioId|jaScenarioId|enScenarioId</li>
<li>Example category rules:<br />

<li>For per-page overrides, open a post or page editor and configure the <code>Convly Chat Widget</code> meta box.</li>
</ol>
<p>Language behavior:<br />
– The widget uses the current WordPress locale.<br />
– If locale starts with <code>ja</code>, <code>scenario_id_ja</code> is preferred.<br />
– For other locales, <code>scenario_id_en</code> is preferred.<br />
– If a language-specific ID is empty, the plugin falls back to <code>scenario_id</code>.</p>
<p>Scenario ID format:<br />
– Use public random IDs (12 chars).<br />
– Recommended format is lowercase letters and digits.<br />
– Example IDs: <code>k98e449d1991</code>, <code>x54b0d5c7341</code>.</p>
<p>Style defaults:<br />
– Leave <code>Button Size</code>, <code>Icon Size</code>, <code>Icon Offset</code>, <code>Z Index</code>, and <code>Font Family</code> empty to use <code>embed.js</code> defaults.<br />
– If needed, set values such as <code>60px</code>, <code>26px</code>, <code>12px</code>, <code>9999</code>, or <code>Inter, sans-serif</code>.</p>

<h3>External services</h3>
<p>This plugin connects to the Invent service (<a href="https://www.useinvent.com" rel="nofollow ugc">useinvent.com</a>) to render the chat experience. The plugin does not contact Invent until a site administrator saves an Assistant ID and the widget is rendered on a public page.</p>
<p>When visitors use the widget, Invent may process:</p>

<li>the configured Assistant ID</li>
<li>chat messages submitted through the widget</li>
<li>technical/browser metadata needed to operate the widget and chat session</li>
<li>page/referrer context associated with the widget session</li>
</ul>
<p>The Invent service is required for the plugin to function.</p>
