Cookie Compliance targets dark patterns
Dark Patterns are user interface (UI) techniques that push site visitors to make decisions (such as agreeing to the installation of cookies on their devices) that they might not otherwise make. A good plugin is one that does it job and you forget about it. Adding a "ignore notification" that does absolutely nothing (class cn-notice-dismiss) is woth a systematic 1/5.

CookieYes – Cookie Banner for Cookie Consent (Easy to setup GDPR/CCPA Compliant Cookie Notice)

This used to be a great plugin, really. Now with the "new version" (it's actually a new plugin), you can use the plugin for free only once (on one website) in your lifetime. Unless you want to create a new account for each website you manage. This is more of a TRIAL than a functional plugin.
I am sorry, I really rarely give bad reviews, but if you ask me, this plugin doesn't deserve to be on wordpress.org anymore.
I hope you will fix it.
