<p>This plugin transmits data to the CookieGuard service in the following cases:</p>

<li>When you run a cookie scan from the admin dashboard: your site URL is sent to initiate a remote scan that detects cookies set by your site</li>
</ul>
<p>All API communication is initiated by the site administrator through explicit actions in the WordPress admin dashboard. No data is sent automatically on frontend page loads or without administrator action.</p>

<p>No visitor data, WordPress user data, passwords, or personally identifiable information is transmitted by this plugin.</p>

This Version uses 3.1.0 from osano as basis, but it has a lot modifications to the original source code. It is optimized for performance and for a low database impact.</p>
<h4>NOTE: Using this plugin alone does not make your site automatically compliant. As each website and country is different you must make sure you have the right configurations in place. Google tag manager can help you with that for free.</h4>


Beautiful Cookie Consent Banner


Months ago it was working fine. Just showing banner with some info but now after updates it is not even showing the banner and settings were reset.  Don't install this, just code your own banner - that's better solution.
