<p>Starting from version 1.1, this plugin requires the <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-consent-api/" rel="ugc">WP Consent API</a> plugin to be installed and active. It uses the WP Consent API to register and manage user consent in a standardized way across your WordPress site.</p>

<p>This plugin relies on <a href="https://app.cookiepal.io/" rel="nofollow ugc">CookiePal</a>, an external service for managing cookie consent banners. For the plugin to function, users must enter their CookiePal Website ID, which allows the consent banner to load dynamically. When using CookiePal Banner, user consent information may be sent to CookiePal’s service to manage preferences.</p>

It is very easy to customize and developer friendly.



I was thinking of using the vanilla-cookieconsent library directly but I found that someone had already created a WordPress plugin based on that library which saved me a lot of work.



I noticed one issue and the developers very quickly fixed it after I reported it.
