This plugin allows you to block certain countries and/or continents. After selecting the areas you want to block and saving (the area that you are detected as being in is disabled from being blocked), visitors with IPs from those areas will recieve an “about:blank” web page.

This plugin “hides” Your WordPress site from traffic that is coming from any Country (you do not select).

2. https://ipgeolocation.io this is a free service for Non-Commercial Usage. but if you have more then 30,000 requests per month / 1,000 Daily Limit you can find out the best plan for your web site. 
3. https://ipapi.com this is a free service but if you have more then 1,000 requests per month you can find out the best plan for your web site.
