<p>CP Appointment Calendar is a WordPress plugin which allows you to define “available” time slots that can be booked by the website visitors. It’s integrated with Paypal for receiving the booking payments.</p>
<p>It’s pretty useful for booking/management of meetings/appointments for lawyers firms, teachers, doctors, veterinaries, beauticians, etc… and for any kind of activity which is developed with specific schedule during the day.</p>
<p>Features:</p>

<li>The website visitors can select an available time slot for the appointment and pay for it through Paypal / credit cards.</li>
<li>Once a time slot has been booked and paid it’s doesn’t appear as available in order to prevent duplicated bookings.</li>

<li>The user receives a thank you/confirmation email after completing the payment.</li>
<li>Allows customizing the contents of the notification/confirmation emails.</li>

This is a very nice solution for custom designed sites, where you need powerfull event functionality but to be able to design the looks your way. Great job.

A very capable plugin, and very flexible.


This plugin is extremly flexible in the configuration. You choose if you want to use custom WordPress templates, or adapt right in the admin area those that come with their built in template engine. You have robust support of recurring and multi day events. There are even various options to have registration right on the site. You have the possibility to enable registration on the front end and if needed you can extend almost everything with custom programming, and there is a good documentation on how to do that. Quite satisfied to have chosen this option, and am using it already for years!
