<h3>Development</h3>
<p>This plugin uses build tools (npm + webpack) to generate the production-ready minified JS and CSS files located in /assets/dist/.<br />
The original, non-minified source code is available in the /assets/src/ directory of this plugin.</p>
<h3>External services</h3>
<p>This plugin connects to the MyCPO Payments API to process credit card transactions via WooCommerce.</p>
<p>It communicates with the following endpoints:<br />
– Sandbox/Test environment: https://sandbox-gateway.mycpodashboard.com and https://sandbox.mycpodashboard.com<br />
– Live environment: https://gateway.mycpodashboard.com</p>
<p>The following data is sent to the MyCPO API during a payment:<br />
– Customer billing information (name, email, billing address)<br />
– Payment information (card details, amount, currency)<br />
– Order details (products, quantities)</p>
<p>No other personal data is transmitted.</p>

<p>You’re welcome to contribute to this open source plugin by creating pull-requests on <a href="https://github.com/szelpe/woocommerce-barion" rel="nofollow ugc">Github</a>. To do this, you need to fork the repository, implement the changes and push them to your fork. After that you can create a pull request to merge changes from your fork the main repository.</p>
<p>Note: Until April 2024, the plugin was developed by <a href="https://szelpe.hu" rel="nofollow ugc">Peter Szel</a>. Subsequently, <a href="https://bitron.hu" rel="nofollow ugc">Aron Ocsvari</a> took over the maintenance and bug fixing of the plugin.</p>

<p>If you want to pay less commission on card payments, you need the full implementation of Barion Pixel. A paid extension is available for this purpose.
