<p>It loads a JavaScript widget file from api.jokko.chat when the widget is enabled and a page is viewed.</p>
<p>It sends your configured ChatBot ID, Tenant ID and the API endpoint needed to initialize the widget. When visitors load a page with the widget enabled or start a conversation, their browser may send data directly to Jokko, including IP address, browser metadata, page URL, referrer, chat messages, and any personal data they submit in the chat.</p>
