<h3>Opt-out Page Design Customization</h3>
The public opt-out form generated by <code>[croms_mailpress_optout]</code> does not provide custom code textareas. This is intentional for WordPress.org review compatibility and user safety. Use the structured settings in Mail Manager > General Settings to adjust the heading, explanatory text, button labels, success messages, design preset, color preset, width, and whether the recipient email address is displayed.
For advanced visual customization, add CSS through WordPress core features such as Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS or the Site Editor’s CSS tools. The fixed template exposes stable classes such as <code>.croms-mailpress-optout</code>, <code>.croms-mailpress-optout__card</code>, <code>.croms-mailpress-optout__title</code>, <code>.croms-mailpress-optout__notice</code>, and <code>.croms-mailpress-optout__button</code>.
<h3>External Services / Third-Party APIs</h3>
This plugin supports optional delivery through the third-party service <code>smtp-relay.jp</code> (Croms SMTP Relay Service).

<li>What the service is used for: The service is used only when the site administrator selects either the SMTP Relay delivery method or the API Integration delivery method in this plugin. It is also used when the administrator runs the relay/API connection test from the plugin settings screen.</li>
<li>What data is sent and when:
<ul>
<li>SMTP Relay: When the SMTP Relay delivery method is selected and an email is sent, the plugin connects to the configured <code>*.smtp-relay.jp</code> SMTP server and sends the email for relay delivery. This includes the sender address, recipient address, subject, message body, and any attachments included in the email. When the administrator runs the SMTP relay connection test, the plugin connects to the configured <code>*.smtp-relay.jp</code> server to verify connectivity.</li>
<li>API Integration: When the API delivery method is selected and an email is sent, the plugin sends a JSON request to the configured <code>https://*.smtp-relay.jp/receive.php</code> endpoint. This request includes the API key in the request header, the sender name and address, recipient address, subject, HTML message body, and any attachments included in the email. When the administrator runs the API connection test, the plugin sends a test request to the configured API endpoint that includes the API key and uses the site’s administrator email address as the sender and recipient for the test payload.</li>

A handy and easy to use plugin to send bulk emails and Notify WooCommerce Customers on Product Update. 
Notify WooCommerce Customers when you update your Product. You can Query by Order Date of the specific product to notify the right customers. 
This plugin provides a metabox where you can select to send an Email when you create or Update a product. 
This hooks into Save Post, so the email if subject and content are not empty will be send to the emails defined. 
As far as WooCommerce Products, the plugin provides date fields to Query Customers by Order creation date. 
Last but not least, you can select to include the metabox in other post types, such as Post, Page etc.

<h4>HOW DOES IT WORK</h4>
<ul>
<li>once activating the plugin, go to its Settings (submenu of WooCommerce or Products -Notify Customers- ) , enable the metabox ( enabled by default on activation )</li>
<li>in plugin Settings page, you can select the post types where the email functionality metabox will appear ( product is default ) . You do this by writing comma separated in a textare * you need to know name of post type.</li>
<li>Go to Add a new Product or Update an existing. In the edit screen the metabox will appear – as long as the post type is select.</li>
<li>In order to send email you need to 
— click the checkbox ‘Enable’ 
— for products : 
1) select order creation date (FROM – TO logic) * if sending email to newly created product Order Date fields are not visible as there are no sales yet, but will be used when updating an existing product. 
2) wait for Ajax technology to load the emails in the textarea or write emails on your own 
3) fill your subject 
4) fill your content</li>

Bulk Email Notify Customers on Product Update for WooCommerce

This plugin does not work. First, it couldn't query the customer emails for the date range I entered and I know there were orders within that time period. Second, after I manually entered a comma separated list of emails and saved the product to trigger the email, it only sent out the email to the very first email in the list. I know this by looking in the email sending log for the transactional email service we use to send out emails from our site.
