This plugin requires Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or ACF Pro to be installed and activated.

<ol>
<li>Navigate to Tools > Custom Fields Snapshots in your WordPress admin panel.</li>
<li>On the Export tab, select the field groups, post types, taxonomies, options, specific posts, terms, users, or user roles you want to export.</li>
<li>Click Export Snapshot to download a JSON file of your data.</li>
<li>To import, go to the Import tab, upload the JSON file, and click Import Snapshot.</li>
