This plugin establishes a connection between your website and the CyBreed platform via an API, making it easy to access and configure the chat widget from the platform. Additionally, these connections allow direct communication with one of our chat models which helps you configure or understand how the plugin works.
<h4>Data Collection</h4>
Automatically Generated Identifiers (UUIDs): We generate and store random UUIDs to match ongoing conversations. These UUIDs help us keep track of session information but do not include personally identifiable information (“PII”) such as your name, email, or other direct identifiers.
Non-Personal Information: We may automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, including device information, browser type, and usage data. This information is generally used to improve our Services.
Conversations and Content: Conversations you have on CyBreed may be processed through our integrations with OpenAI. We do not sell these conversations or share them for marketing purposes. They are stored or cached as necessary to facilitate the AI-driven functionalities, subject to OpenAI’s own terms and conditions.
All this data is managed when you interact with the plugin or the implemented chat widget of your choice, as well as the helper widget displayed on the plugin’s dashboard.

<h4>“Token validation failed: User has blocked requests through HTTP” error</h4>
This error indicates that your WordPress installation is configured to block external HTTP requests, which Muchat needs to communicate with its core service.
To resolve this:
<ol>
<li>Access your WordPress installation files (usually via FTP or your hosting control panel).</li>
<li>Locate and edit the <code>wp-config.php</code> file in the root of your WordPress directory.</li>
<li>Find if <code>define('WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL', true);</code> exists.</li>
<li>You have two options:
<ul>
<li>Option A (Allow all external requests – less secure): 
Change it to <code>define('WP_HTTP_BLOCK_EXTERNAL', false);</code></li>
<li>Option B (Recommended – Allow specific hosts): 
Add <code>app.mu.chat</code> to the list of allowed hosts. If <code>WP_ACCESSIBLE_HOSTS</code> is already defined, add <code>app.mu.chat</code> to the comma-separated list. Otherwise, add a new line: 
 define(‘WP_ACCESSIBLE_HOSTS’, ‘app.mu.chat,*.wordpress.org’); (Ensure <code>*.wordpress.org</code> is included if it was there or if you need updates for WordPress core/plugins/themes via HTTP).</li>
</ul>

Important: Use the exact domain <code>app.mu.chat</code>. Wildcard patterns like <code>*.mu.chat</code> are generally not supported by <code>WP_ACCESSIBLE_HOSTS</code>.
