<p>This plugin connects to DHL’s <a href="https://ecom-se.dhl.com" rel="nofollow ugc">APIs</a> to provide shipping options from DHL in checkout.<br />
It sends the following data to DHL in order to provide shipping options:</p>
<ul>
<li>Order data: order number, shipping addresses, shipping method</li>
<li>Customer data: name, email, phone number</li>
<li>Product data: quantity, weight, dimensions, goods value</li>
</ul>
<p>The plugin receives the following data from DHL’s APIs:</p>
<ul>
<li>Shipping options: service points, parcel lockers, home deliveries</li>
<li>Tracking info: tracking number, tracking link</li>
</ul>
<p>The shipping options are displayed in the checkout and the tracking info is displayed in the order confirmation email. The tracking info is sent automatically when the order is booked in the customer portal.</p>

<h3>Installation & Configuration</h3>

<li>Upload the downloaded plugin files to your <code>/wp-content/plugins/DHL-for-WooCommerce</code> directory, <strong>OR</strong> install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.</li>
<li>Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.</li>
<li>Go to WooCommerce–>Settings->Shipping and select the upper DHL unit (depending on your home country this is DHL Paket, DHL (Parcel) for WooCommerce or Deutsche Post) to configure the plugin.</li>

<p>…for <strong>DHL Paket (Germany)</strong>: you need your EKP number (10 digits) and add the participation numbers (2 digits) to the respective products available (you will find the participation numbers in the DHL business customer portal).<br />

I'm having big issues with the translations. They are often not correct and not everything is translated. It also seems that the existing translations are not correctly implemented as I can't integrate another PO file for example for the de_DE_formal language. It simply doesn't get loaded. There are several problems all over the place and this beeing the "official" plugin of DHL is pretty bad.
