See Trac ticket <a href="https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/50756" rel="nofollow ugc">50756</a>, and changeset <a href="https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/49808" rel="nofollow ugc">49808</a> for the actual implementations in core.</p>
<p>This plugin, for the short term, is a global disabling of lazy loading for all iframes, no matter their context.</p>
