It does not add any extra CSS or JavaScript loading on the front-end, ensuring no negative impact on speed. The plugin’s settings include basic style features, and for further customization of the discount display, you can use CSS for the ID #disgau_discount_total_price. For example:

Configuration
Go to your WordPress admin dashboard. 
Navigate to WooCommerce > Discount Gauge tab 
Choose the desired option for displaying the amount or percentage saved. 
Save your settings.
