<p>Usage:<br />
When using the display-posts shortcode plugin with the <code>meta_key="custom_field_name"</code> and <code>meta_value="current"</code> to list all posts that have the ID of the current page as the value of the specified custom field, add the <code>meta_is_id="true"</code> to convert “current” to the correct ID.</p>

<p>Replaces the username for author permalinks with the users display name.  Returns a 404 if the author permalink using the actual username is used.</p>
<p>Allows authors to select what to display in the URL for their author permalink by use of the users display name.  Increments a counter on the end of duplicate display names to make them unique.</p>
