<h4>Automatic Installation</h4>
<p>Navigate to Plugins menu and click Add New, then enter <code>DoC8</code> in the search field. You should see DoC8 in the results list. Click install then activate.</p>
<h4>Manual Installation</h4>
<p>Download <code>DoC8</code> from WordPress plugin repository. You can choose to extract the downloaded file onto [YOUR-WORDPRESS-INSTALLATION]/wp-content/plugins or navigate to your Plugins Menu, click Add New then click “Upload file”.</p>

I recently evaluated different documentation plugins and BetterDocs has a great feature set and a quick support. I opened a ticket after an update, and they fixed the bug within the same day and released a hotfix. This is a great support experience.


Great Plugin – Greate Support


It's a very solid knowledgebase plugin, so if that's all you're after, then it's a 5 star. Their Instant Answer component is lacking some very basic things like the ability to collect additional information (ie. a company name). There's also no chat or ticket component which I believe would put this over the top.
