Shortcodes in WordPress comments, BuddyPress activities, bbPress topics and replies are disabled as default.
For example, let’s say you have a calendar plugin that produces a browsable calendar, which you embed to a page with a shortcode. What if you want to publish this calendar in a sticky topic in a forum? The shortcode will not evaluated, so you will just see literally the shortcode…

I was looking everywhere for this.  "User Shortcuts" is what I googled and "buddypress user based shortcodes" but got nothing. 

I went on Buddypress.org and asked for support as these searches returned many results that did not do what this plugin does.  They told me it couldn't be done.  I started asking about hooks, and started researching hooks when I cam across another (out of date) plugin when I ran into this!

Thanks Guys/Gals, Ive tried it out and it does EXACTLY what I want it to do.  I need to create a shortcut for it to use, then present my users with that shortcut.  Perfect!  Now, I can update this information as we want without having to update the pages!  Woot!

This plugin helps you avoid spam submissions from Gravity Forms, Formidable Forms, WPForms, Contact Form 7 and Forminator.
This is the free version and you can set it up to use a blacklist. If the field value contains / same as an item / keyword in the applied blacklist, the form submission will be blocked.
