<p>Please note that some plugins strip shortcodes or disable rendering of shortcodes. In such cases, it’s impossible to implement dynamic dates without rewriting the whole plugin code and breaking a couple of things. But still, I’ll give a try.</p>

Plugin does exactly what it says, nothing more and nothing less.

Simple and useful plugin

Great plugin but I did notice two issues.

1) The WebPage name in Yoast Schema doesn't get processed correctly. You can fix that with this:

2) If you use the Grow Social by Mediavine plugin then the meta tags will not be processed correctly either (will just show [year] etc). An easy fix is to check the option "Disable Open Graph Meta Tags" in Grow Social's settings. Since I'm using Yoast I don't think it was really doing anything anyways.

It solves the problme for recuring posts.

<p>Timeline Express – No Icons Add-On is a WordPress plugin that extends the base plugin, <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/timeline-express/" rel="ugc">Timeline Express</a>.</p>
<p>The Timeline Express – No Icons Add-On removes the icons associated with the Timeline Express announcements. This add-on will remove the icon selection on the announcement new/edit screen, as well as the icons on the front end of the site.</p>
<p>When activated, the Timeline Express – No Icons Add-On will create a new settings tab on the Timeline Express settings page which will allow you to remove the icons globally, or explain how you can remove the icons on each timeline.</p>
<p><strong>Basic Usage</strong></p>
<p>Head into ‘Timeline Express > Settings’ and enable the ‘Global No Icons’ option to remove the icons on <em>all</em> timelines on your site.</p>
<p>If you want to remove the icons on a specific timeline, but leave them on others, you can add the ‘no-icons’ parameter to the <code>[timeline-express]</code> shortcode and set it to “1”.</p>
